NYFW Georgine Fashion Show Fall/Winter 2015
This season marked my second Georgine fashion show and it was an amazing thing being able to see the way Georgine transitioned into the new season, incorporating similar elements from the previous one.
Her spring collection was full of metallics and you can say exactly the same about her fall collection. And I am all about the gold, especially that gold shearling jacket that walked the runway -- need.
If there is one thing about Georgine's fall 2015 collection, it was bold from head to toe. Specifically from the head as Georgine styled her models with a flattened afro.
The hair didn't really do it for me, but I went crazy over Georgine's contrast pocket looks. Take a dark metallic dress, add a sunny yellow pocket, and I am hooked! I've actually wanted to do a DIY contrast pocket tutorial for a while now. I've just been waiting on it since I still haven't figured out the "no photographer problem."
The greatest part of the show was definitely when the fur came out. Georgine created a rainbow on the runway, sending model after model out in a different vibrant colored fur.
Celebs there were Kelly Rutherford (my fav lady), Luanne De Lesseps, Kelly Bensimon, Sea Bensimon and Derek Warburton.
