Coffee Talk // Madame Kayser

I have been trying to perfect my flatlay skills for the last two years. To anyone who’s never attempted at creating one, let me tell you, it’s really hard. I can literally sit for two hours sometimes rearranging props from my purse, trying to get the perfect shot. I can’t even count how many different coffee shops I’ve gone to where I’ve started dragging furniture closer to the window for better light or stood up shamelessly on my chair to get that bird’s eye view style photo. There have been times where even after all that, I still don’t get any photos good enough to post on Instagram. Then I went to Madame Kayser with my blogger friend Areta, and this happened. A beautiful coffee shot on a marble background featuring my favorite Ray-Ban aviators and Kapten & Son watch. My flatlay standards have officially been raised.
