White Feather Skirt + Long Black Vest // Wow Couture

I was studying in Israel for the year when feather headbands were all the rage. I remember all my friends flocking (no pun intended) to this lady who sold them on the corner of a side street. I never got into it. Honestly, I thought they were really weird. My opinion on feathers has since changed, but I can't say you'll ever see me rocking them on my head. I love feather accents so much more on clothing pieces like this white Wow Couture bandage skirt. The feathers add unexpected elegance and a seriously cool twist. The skirt is a bit too tight to wear comfortably with just a tee, so I paired it with my favorite Fall trend, the long vest.
