NYFW Georgine Fashion Show Fall/Winter 2016

It didn't take long for me to fall in love with Georgine's new Fall collection. It's been a long day. I mean a ridiculously long day that started about 12 hours ago when I arrived at the Skylight venue for my first morning show. I've seen a lot of dresses today, all beautiful, but I was ready to see something different. That's when Georgine's show started and a model walked down wearing varsity style pants with a top that said 'Grumpy' across the front. The rest of the collection didn't disappoint either. I saw a lot of sheer, fur, sequins, front slits, midi length, emerald green, and the bag I must add to my own collection ASAP. It was this oversized furry heart shaped bag and I need it. Another look I particularly liked was this deep teal lace knee-length dress that had the daintiest pink bow tied around the neck. The collection was a brilliant combination of smart and sexy by the way Georgine styled many of her elegantly dressed models in "nerd" glasses. 

The venue was pretty packed with celebrities. I literally walked into Nigel Barker and Miss J Alexander when I entered the room. Other celebs there were Whitney Port, Kristen Taekman, Selita Ebanks, Arden Cho, Patina Miller, Derek Warburton, Phillip Bloch, Jackie Miranne, Gigi Gorgeous, and ZZ Ward. I think I got 'em all, but I wouldn't be surprised if I missed about 10 other notable attendees. I got my usual selfies with Nigel and Miss J, but it was a bit too overwhelming to try and get photos with the rest of the bunch. Bravo, Georgine!
