DKNY Pre-Fall 2014 Collection

DKNY killed it with their pre-fall 2014 collection. The collection has a varsity chic vibe, heavily incorporating black and white as well as conversational pieces, with phrases such as "Pizza or Caviar?" I don't think I would have appreciated this collection's aesthetic last year, but lately, I have become obsessed with sporty pieces like leather baseball hats and rugby stripes.

I absolutely must get my hands on a pair of these amazing strappy sandals, preferably in black, but I would totally rock a pair in white too. They are so dainty, yet go perfectly with boxy tops and referee inspired outfits. 

You can see the sheer detailing trend is being carried into fall, with sheer panels sewn into striped skirts and dresses (shown below).

The line also features a large assortment of pleated skirts and hooded tops. I cannot decide which I like more. 

Overall, I am a huge fan and DKNY is sure to make a bang with this collection as they celebrate their 25th year in business.
