From Fashion Week Crasher To Guest

I read and love every comment I receive, but as of late, they come to my inbox by the minute, and since I am not privileged enough to be a full-time blogger, I merely send the comment notifications to a folder to be read at a more convenient time. I was horrified with myself this morning when I realised I almost sentenced my Nanette Lepore Spring 2014 fashion show invite to its demise by burying it within that folder.

Thankfully, I did a double take when I saw the email subject as Nanette Lepore because this invitation marks the official beginning of my dream come true. If you've been with me since the beginning of my blog, you know that I started Louboutins and Love the night my friend and I crashed the Anna Sui fashion show with the intention of getting invited the next time Fashion Week came around. I figured a couple Fashion Weeks would pass before my time as an actual guest came about, but to my astonishment, I got my first invitation today and believe me, it won't be my last.
