My Bedroom Reveal // Joss & Main

Ever since I got married a year and a half ago, all I can think about is home decor. My Google searches went from “cute midi dresses” to “grey headboards” and my Pinterest feed turned into one big furniture mood board. To say I’m thrilled to be working with Joss & Main is an understatement. I actually discovered their site while on the hunt for a beautiful gold bar cart. After scrolling through hundreds of options on various other sites, I found the one of my dreams on Joss & Main. Before checking out, I did a quick price check and discovered that not only did Joss & Main have the best selection, but they also had the cart listed at the best price. My order arrived in record time, and so began my love affair for the company.

Now how did this collaboration come about? It all started one Friday afternoon when I decided as a 28 year old married woman, it was time to buckle down and find myself a headboard. If you think I spent a long time looking for my bar cart, you can only imagine how much time I put into finding the most beautiful headboard. I scoured the internet finding the best of the best and after mentioning my search on Instagram, I received multiple messages from followers asking me to put together my finds in a blog post. With so much interest, I got my post up by Saturday night and then the most exciting thing happened. I woke up to my post being read, shared, and even shopped. I can’t say I’m shocked because believe me, before I started my headboard search, I tried to find blog posts listing the best affordable headboards on the web, but to no avail.

So here I am just a couple months later working on a dream partnership with a retailer I could not recommend more to show you some incredible bedroom options, including the bed I ended up choosing. I was originally only looking for a headboard, but after realizing my previous bed frame didn’t have a place to attach one, my search shifted.

I am no interior decorator, but I had the absolute best time putting together my new bedroom. After settling on a bed, I moved on to nightstands, then table lamps, a duvet cover, and lastly a rug. Since our current bedroom is filled with white furniture, I went with a grey, white, and gold theme. There isn’t space in our room to add a bench by the foot of our bed, so I’m so happy we chose a bed with a footboard. It looks so polished and chic.

I absolutely love the nightstands we chose since they’ve got the prettiest gold details and their drawers are lined with velvet. I let my husband pick out the lamps, and we went with an 8'x10’’ rug to go under our queen bed. I’m so happy we went with that size because it fits our entire bed and nightstands with extra space for us to put our feet when getting out of bed. My husband is a big fan of carpet, so he’s especially thrilled to finally have somewhere cozy to walk.

We also wanted to create a comfortable space in our room to sit and relax, so I immediately added this gorgeous white fur accent chair to our cart. My husband voted for one of the leather options we found, but after imagining cozying up on a fur chair with his laptop, he got on board. I picked a beautiful floor lamp to complete the little sitting area.

Aside from having incredible furniture options, Joss & Main has really beautiful accent pieces, from poufs to decorative objects. It was hard narrowing down my favorites, but I ended up going with this navy and gold serving tray which we’ve already used multiple times.

Thanks to Joss & Main, our bedroom is now a place we love to hang out. It’s cozy, grown-up, and no longer screams college. We’ve officially graduated.
