Blue Fur Vest and Jewel Detailing

The fur vest is probably the equivalent of a jean or leather jacket. It is a closet staple. It is the piece you throw on at the end of an outfit when you realise your attire hasn't calculated in the 40 degree windchill. Or it's the piece you use to tie your outfit together or even build your outfit around. I honestly don't remember which way it went the day I shot these photos of my gorgeous friend Liza, but I blame my memory shortage on the fact that I could barely feel my fingers as these were taken in the dead of winter. 

I fell in love with this vest primarily because of its midnight blue color and the leather strips sewn onto the fur. The leather is the perfect unexpected detail.
