My Favorite Diaper Bags + What I Pack In Them

My Favorite Diaper Bags + What I Pack In Them

I currently go between three diaper bags and I absolutely love them all, so I figured I’d share what I’m using here, along with a list of what I pack in each. I will say that I’m exclusively breastfeeding and Nate rarely spits up which is how I’ve been managing with such small bags, so definitely keep that in mind when finding one that works for you.

My go-to diaper bag for strolls around the neighborhood or short outings (like a doctor’s appointment) is actually a vegan leather fanny pack by Kibou. It’s as if they created the bag for me because it’s everything a wanna-be minimalist could want. I’m well aware that I’ll need to switch to something bigger in probably just a couple months, but for now, it is my dream bag - cute, compact, and hands free. I plan to keep using it for other purposes well after baby Nate outgrows it too since the changing pad is removable.

My Packing List:
- 4 Size 1 Diapers (I’ll have to see how many fit once Nate goes up a size)
- Small Pack of Wipes
- Mini Diaper Cream
- Little Washcloth (so I don’t get peed on during diaper changes)
- Change of Clothes
- Hat
- Pacifier
- Hand Sanitizer (smallest one possible)
- Credit Card/ID/Keys/Airpods (front pocket)
- Changing Pad (Included)

Shop Kibou

Next up is my diaper bag from Storq. It’s bigger than the Kibou while still being compact, so it’s perfect for when I need a little extra room. What I love most about it is the fabric - water resistant, heavyweight nylon. It feels sturdy, wipes clean, and the design is just really cute.

- Burp Cloth
- Small Hand Sanitizer
- Changing Pad (Included)

Lastly, is my Petunia Pickle Bottom Boxy Backpack Diaper Bag in Grey Matte Leatherette. I haven’t gotten too much use out of it yet since it is pretty big, but when I’ve needed the space, I love this bag. It’s perfect for weekends away or all day outings and I know it will really come in handy when Nate gets bigger and I’ll have to pack snacks, bottles, and toys.

My Packing List:
- 6 Diapers
- Small Pack of Wipes
- Mini Diaper Cream
- Little Washcloth (so I don’t get peed on during diaper changes)
- Change of Clothes
- Hat
- Extra Onesie
- Pacifier
- Burp Cloth
- Small Hand Sanitizer
- Changing Pad (Included)
- Blanket
- Portable Sound Machine
- Snot Sucker
- Wallet/External Phone Charger/AirPods/Snacks/Water Bottle
