Pastel Tie-Dye Dress // Shop Trescool

This is what tie-dye for the fashionista looks like. A pastel explosion on a cold shoulder dress from one of my fav retailers, Trescool. If you recognize the name, it’s because I’ve spoken about Trescool multiple times in previous features. They have the greatest selection of trendy, yet original pieces. I mean, everyone’s wearing cold shoulders these days, but how many cold shoulder tie-dye dresses have you seen in stores recently? Exactly.

I’ll be honest. This Tie-Dye Off Shoulder Dress is actually a midi, but I’m a bit self-conscious of my height when shooting, so I rolled up the dress a little (underneath the top ruffle, so you can’t tell!) to make it shorter. I absolutely love the actual midi length in real life, but on camera, I tend to come out looking short, so don’t be surprised by the longer length if you decide to purchase the dress.

I’m super lucky because there is legit no dress code at my office, so I actually wore this to work last week. If you aren’t as fortunate with your own office dress code, don’t worry, because this also happens to be the perfect festival, beach, or weekend dress. It’s so soft and easy to throw on, and I can definitely see myself wearing it while on a weekend getaway in the Hamptons.  It also can be worn up or down, either with a pair of sandals or heels, which makes it a good transitional piece for day to night.

Besides the fact that I hate cold weather more than anything, I think I’m going to have a very hard time with winter this year since it means I’m going to have to say goodbye to cold shoulders for a while. Until then, you can find me wearing this little number.
