Louboutins & Love x Our Second Skin Photoshoot Collab

The only way Sunday’s photoshoot conditions could have been worse is if it had rained. The wind was out of control and the temperature may as well have been below zero because that’s how it felt against my bare legs. But dedicated as we are, my blogger friend Anaa Saber from Our Second Skin and I braved the cold to do a photoshoot collab. This was my first experience shooting with another fashion blogger and it was so much fun. In order for our outfits to look coordinated, we pulled some pieces from Showroom Seven. I died over racks of embellished gowns, but Anaa and I kept it simple in order to look cohesive while staying true to both our styles. I’ll do a gown shoot one of these days, but Anaa’s a vintage and jeans kinda girl so I may have to do that one solo.

Our photographer, Matt Pastula, met us by Wall Street and we spent the afternoon searching for cool spots. The weather was slightly limiting since it was way too cold to stand by the water, but we got some pretty awesome pics on the famous Federal Hall stairs and walking across the cobblestone streets. Seriously such a great day.
