On Set With Lydell NYC // Behind The Scenes
Let me begin, I am not a model. But a blogger and model's job often overlap. Today's shoot was a very special one as it was a modeling job/feature for jewelry company, Lydell NYC. With the relaunch of their website, Lydell decided to use fashion bloggers to represent each of their new lines. They sent over multiple style mood boards and told me to find myself in one. I resonated most with their "trendy" line, and so began the process. After the inspiration was in place, I pulled a simple, but trendy patch dress from my closet, then went through Lydell's trendy jewelry line to choose my favorite pieces.
We met in Soho at the famous graffiti Love Wall and shot two different jewelry sets, first in silver, then in gold. I especially fell in love with Lydell’s earrings and bracelets, which I wore home from set and have yet to take off.
