Nicholas K Fashion Show Spring/Summer 2017

The Nicholas K fashion show was perfectly tied together by a cohesive collection. Every look that walked down the runway was part of a story and a theme which really stood out to me. A majority of the time, we see runway shows with a bunch of looks that don't really have to do with one another so it was awesome to get a first look at pieces that really balanced each other out. My absolute favorite look was on the model who walked down the runway in a monochrome ensemble with a floppy hat masking her face. It was totally something I would be willing to buy straight form the runway.  I also enjoyed the authenticity of each outfit. Every single model had on sandals of some sort instead of super high heels and booties. It was a much more realistic approach to the spring/summer season.
